Konstantin Aaloo Mutter Curry (Potatoes & Peas Curry) Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:30 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 medium Potatoes -- Diced (1 inch cubes) 1 1/2 cup Green Peas 1 medium Onion -- Finely chopped 2 green Chillies -- sliced 1 Bay leaf 1 cup Tomato puree 1 tbsp Garlic paste 1 tbsp Ginger paste 1 tsp Cumin seeds 2 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Paprika 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tbsp sugar Salt to taste Heat Oil in a pot. Add cumin seeds, onion and bay leaf. Saute till golden brown (8-10 minutes on medium-high heat). Add ginger, garlic paste, green chillies and saute for 1 minute. Add potatoes, coriander powder, paprika and turmeric powder. Add 2 cuups water and let the potatoes cook. Cover with a lid. This might take 10-15 minutes on medium high heat. Add green peas, sugar and salt to taste.
