Vegetarian Caesar IS VEGETARIAN

Vegetarian Worcestershire is readily available in health food stores and

most grocery stores. Lea & Perrins has one. Kraft and Eden are two other

brands that come to mind. I cannot remember the name of what I use

(unfortunately, I am out and cannot check), but I recognize the bottle.

I believe Angostura is also without anchovies.
