Guest guest Posted June 2, 2004 Report Share Posted June 2, 2004 Strawberry Soup 1 cup plain soy yogurt 1 cup sliced, fresh strawberries 2 Tbsp. orange juice 1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener of choice (Fruit-Source, maple syrup, agave syrup, etc.) GARNISH: fresh strawberry slices, mint sprigs, or kiwi slices In food processor fitted with steel blade, blend ingredients. Serve chilled. Add garnish to each serving.
