I need vegan freezer recipes

Fist, congratulations.

 

Beans freeze well, and so do most dishes with beans. Split pea soup,

and vegetable barley soup do well, though they both become thicker.

And that is almost the scope of my first hand knowledge on vegan

freezer cooking... but

 

Here's a list of websites that have vegetarian freezer cooking recipes.

Now, I realize that you want vegan, so not all of these will work for you,

but I hope they give you a starting point.

 

This is a 30 day plan By Cheryl Lindsey with some ( but not all )

vegetarian recipes. This is the " Gentle Spirit " plan.

The first recipes are chicken/turkey, but the several of the rest

are vegan.

These are not vegan pages, but vegetarian, (and Suzy's plan contains

fish, which isn't even vegetarian! - in her defense, I'll say that I know

some people that identify themselves as vegetarian, but eat fish/seafood )

So you will have to pick out the cheese/egg full recipes - sorry.

We've been making burritos to keep in the freezer, because they're

cheap and easy (and would be even easier if we had a microwave).

Also great are spaghetti sauce, chili, and bean dishes. There's a

vegan freezer cooking group on that's a little slow, but

I think it's called vegan-OAMC.
