Guest guest
I'm not sure this is what you're interested in, but Sparkpeople.com is wonderful! You can keep track of your weight, your fitness stuff, find recipes, buddies, etc. A wonderful place! Debbie **************Remember Mom this Mother's Day! Find a florist near you now. Guest guest
Has anyone else come across this free program for getting healthier. I think it may lean more to raw food but I'm finding it interesting. I haven't taken the time to watch the videos yet but will do it after supper. I actually wrote I haven't had time but I have lots of time so I must have chosen not to take the time. I need to watch what I say because it becomes what I think. http://thrivein30.com/introductory-lesson_time-to-thrive/ Audrey
Guest guest
I'm a sparkpeople too. I do like it, but at times it is overwhelming, there is sooo much on that sight. I belong to a few teams, but like mentioned before I live in land mostly. Kareno1954 at sparkpeople. Guest guest
Audrey, Thanks for the information. I signed up for the Thrive in 30 email lessons. So far they are interesting. I've requested the book from the local library. Judy On Behalf Of Audrey Z Burrows Thrive in 30 is not a diet plan site or a place to keep track of calories. It's great info and not just for people wanting to lose weight. My husband is reading it too. http://thrivein30.com/introductory-lesson_time-to-thrive/ Audrey
