" Cheesy " Sauce

1 15 oz can of white beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup bottled pimentos, well drained

2-3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

3 Tbsp tahini

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp mustard

1 tsp turmeric (start with 1/2 tsp and add for color only)

Salt to taste

 

Combine everything in the blender. Add about 1/3 cup of hot water until

desired consistency is reached.
