Guest guest
Brown Gravy 1 cup water 1 1/3 cup raw cashews, washed Blend in blender until creamy. Add: 1/2 c. Bragg's liquid aminos (or gf soy sauce, but less. . .) 3 Tbsp. cornstarch 4 c. water Whiz in blender again. Place in saucepan over medium heat. Stir and simmer until gravy is thick. Serve. *The cashews replace oil and add flavor. I think they even more flavor when they are lightly roasted in the oven or on a hot skillet first.
