Guest guest Posted September 8, 2006 Report Share Posted September 8, 2006 Cashew Casserole Source: Weimar Cookbook 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped cashews 1 large chopped onion, steamed 1 tsp. paprika 1 cup cooked brown rice 1 cup chopped mushrooms 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1 tsp. soy sauce or tamari (or Bragg's Liquid Aminos) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. thyme 3 Tbsp. minced parsley 1 cup milk, soy or nut Steam onions in small amount of water.
