Guest guest Posted September 8, 2006 Report Share Posted September 8, 2006 Tartar Sauce Source: Weimar Cookbook 1 cup vegan mayonnaise (Veganaise or homemade cashew or soy mayonnaise) 1 Tbsp. chopped onion 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley 1 Tbsp. chopped olives salt and paprika to taste Mix together in bowl.
