Guest guest
Best Banana Bread EVER Ingredients: 1 cup brown rice flour 1 cup white rice flour 1/4 cup potato starch flour 1/4 cup tapioca flour 1 teaspoon guar gum 1 tablespoon gluten free baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon egg replacer (dry ingredients mixed) 1/2 cup canola oil almost 2/3 cups brown sugar 2-3 tablespoons honey (optional, but add extra sugar) You could also use maple syrup. 3-4 thoroughly mashed overripe bananas Directions: Oil one loaf pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix bananas with oil and sugar. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Stir until all is moist. Immediately put the batter in the pans and bake for 40 minutes to an hour depending on loaf size. Cool on rack. I just made this and it is AMAZING. It's heavy, thick and wonderful. Very filling. OMG good. Shannon
