Guest guest Posted April 20, 2005 Report Share Posted April 20, 2005 Cashew Gravy Source: Distinctive Vegetarian Cuisine 2 cups water 1/4 cup cashews 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. onion powder Place 1 cup of the water and cashews in blender and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again until well mixed. Place mixture in small saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly. Makes about 2 cups.
