Guest guest Posted April 20, 2005 Report Share Posted April 20, 2005 Lentil Potato Patties Source: Vegetarian for Life Oil (optional) 1 onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning 2 cups cooked lentils 2 cups cooked mashed potatoes 1/2 cup finely ground pecans (optional) 1/2 tsp. sea salt Sauté onion and sage in a little water or oil until onion becomes clear and soft. Mix together all ingredients. Form into small patties and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. until golden brown. (Approximately 20 minutes).
