Guest guest Posted April 20, 2005 Report Share Posted April 20, 2005 White Sauce Source: Distinctive Vegetarian Cuisine 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup soy milk Blend cornstarch into milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add salt. Continue cooking slowly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve over broccoli or cooked pasta. Makes about 1 cup.
