What kind of spaghetti sauce do you use? I have been using a Whole

Foods brand, but last time I had a bad reaction to it. I'm really

hoping tomato sauce is not going to be an issue for me.

Hi Shannon,

 

We use the Classico brand (garlic). But, if commercial brands are a

problem, there are probably some simple tomato sauce recipes in our archives

that might be helpful. I believe Kim has even posted a non-tomato 'tomato'

sauce recipe in our archives that would work fine as well (just in case you

are developing an allergy to tomatoes).

I thought there was one in there too, but I can't seem to find it.

I'll have a look through my collection when I get a chance. In the

meantime if anyone has the recipe for No-Tomato Sauce (I think that's

what it's called), could you post it so I can put it in the files

where we can find it ......... it would be greatly appreciated.
