Guest guest Posted June 23, 2006 Report Share Posted June 23, 2006 Green Beans with Walnut Gremolata 3/4 lb (340 g) green beans, trimmed 1 1/2 tablespoons (4 1/2 tsp) olive oil 2 tablespoons (6 tsp) chopped walnuts 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon (3 tsp) chopped fresh parsley 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest salt & freshly ground black pepper 1. Cook beans in boiling salted water until crispy tender, drain. 2. In the meantime, heat oil in a large skillet, add walnuts, cook and stir over medium heat until golden. 3.
