Guest guest Posted September 19, 2005 Report Share Posted September 19, 2005 Roasted Turnips You'll love the way roasting saves time and highlights the sweetness of the turnip! 5-6 turnips trimmed, scrubbed and cut into quarters 3 tbs olive oil salt and pepper to taste Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Using a large bowl, toss the turnip quarters with the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange turnips in a baking pan and roast, only stirring once or twice, for about 15-20 minutes or until turnips are golden brown and tender.
