Guest guest
Hello, I just read that delicious-looking recipe for peach bread. This is making wonder exactly which baking powders ARE gluten free. While I am asking, which yeasts are gluten free. Oy vey, we are also testing my son for celiacs. If he has it, then our whole house will go gluten free. My husband can still eat at regular restaurants for lunch, so he can't complain. It never occured to me that my son could have celiacs considering he has always been off the charts in height... Guest guest
Testing how Shoshannah? And even if he is not a celiac, he could be not-celiac gluten intolerant which would mean the same requirements of having your whole house avoid it. Do you need recipes for challah and things like that? BL
Guest guest
Shoshannah, Here's a link to a GF product list. Look under Baking Products. I use Clabber Girl baking powder and Fleischmann's yeast. And PS: I am tall - not typical for " classic " celiac. I think they're finding celiac disease comes in all shapes and sizes these days! ;-) Karina " Be here now. Be someplace else later. Is that so complicated?
