Guest guest
Hi Marie We had just arrived home, there was some snow/ice on the bottom of my crutches and I ended up falling full length in the kitchen (on the quarry tiles - OUCH!). Most of the pain has diminished but I am still a little stiff *sigh* Mark made three flipping loaves (pound and a half each) yesterday and one is already gone!!!! Guest guest
Sounds like a nasty fall, Dragon. At least the bread was intended to be good comfort food. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery. The snow and ice have mostly gone here in the UK. Guest guest
Are you eating enough? I remember that was one of your problems before. Even if you're eating the bread, if you don't eat anything else, you won't be getting enough calories. Guest guest
Um actually Pam about the only day recently when I have got any where near my calorie count for the day was when Dr Dragon, Marie and me met up (droooool Wagamamas Veggie selections, drooooooool, *cough* sorry about that!) Even with the fresh sour dough bread yesterday I only got to just over a thousand calories which is no where near enough! Mind you the evening meal was a really nice light Oriental veggie soup - YUM!
