I wonder if anybody has similar issues as I do. For a time I began to be allergic to all beans, all dried food, and then sour food like yogurt, and then anything sweet including fruit. Now I'm able to have sugar and fruit, but two weeks ago, I started to have trouble with brown rice, potatos, corns, berries, and citrus fruit. My stomach is still very sensitive and changes symptoms extremely. I hope to hear your experience. Before I had GF diet, I got irritable bowel syndromes a lot, but I could eat every thing I like. Now my stomach keeps reacting to foods. I'm struggling to get healthy and not to get stomachache and it's been a daily issue for me. Does anybody here develop more allergies after going GF?
