Television 4 Tbsp. gf flour (quinoa; soy; millet; or gf blend) 4 Tbsp. water 1 cup grated potato 1/4 cup minced onion 1/2 tsp. parsley 1/2 tsp. salt applesauce Mix oat flour and water. Add potato, onion, parsley, and salt. Form into 2 1/2 inch flat patties. Cook on non-stick griddle or frying pan with a little low-fat margarine until bottom is golden brown.
