Television 2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. tarragon 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar 2 - 4 oz. Portabella mushrooms Wash mushrooms and cut off stems (save). Marinate mushrooms and stems in all other ingredients for 5 - 10 minutes. Saute mushrooms and stems in nonstick pan for about 10 minutes or until tender. Serve immediately. Serves 2. Serving suggestion: Portabella Mushrooms are very good with boiled red-skin potatoes and baby peas, or whole green beans.
