Guest guest Posted June 5, 2005 Report Share Posted June 5, 2005 Sesame Snaps Source: Healthy Food Choices 2 cups white sesame seeds 2 Tbsp. honey (or alternative) 2 Tbsp. brown sugar Toast sesame seeds in dry pot, stirring so they won't burn. (They will pop and be shiny.) Add brown sugar and honey. Continue to cook and stir until all the seeds are sticky). Spread quickly in a 9 " x 9 " greased pan. Cut into squares and let cool.
