Mori Nu tofu 1 cup cashews, raw 2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener of choice 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla (gf) In a blender, blend all ingredients until very smooth. Pour into a flat dish and dip bread slices both sides and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for approximately 20 minutes (until browned); turn over and cook an additional 15 minutes. *If gluten-free, use acceptable bread.
