URGENT PLEA FROM Annie ... ...

Urgent.. Please i need some help here

 

Im in IIT chrnnai n there is a deer which has a rubber band caught

in its leg (right hind leg). its so tightly caught that the deer

cant walk properly.. this has been for abt more than a year i guess..

we r not allowed to bring in private doctors to help it as per the

wildlife law which im not sure of.. so we tried calling blue cross n

the people for animals org but they ask us to cal each other but still

the deer is suffering.. please guys i need ur help.. its bleeding

continuesly but no hope.. please let kno abt any othre gov org which

can help it.. its really urgent.. the deer is a full grown male..

Please please help.. i hav posted some pics of the deer in my album so

please try to help it..
