Guest guest Posted December 6, 2004 Report Share Posted December 6, 2004 Cauliflower Latkes 1 cauliflower, cooked in water and salt Substitute for 2 eggs (EnerG or silken tofu blend recipe in archives) 2 tbs flour of choice (soy, fava bean, potato, etc.) Salt, pepper and nutmeg Oil for frying Drain cooked cauliflower and mash with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients, and stir to combine. Deep fry in plenty of hot oil. Drain in paper towels. Serve at once. " I send you love and good dishes --- from my house to yours!
