Guest guest Posted December 6, 2004 Report Share Posted December 6, 2004 Scrambled Tofu 2 cups (1 lb.) tofu, mashed 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes 1 Tbsp. chicken-style seasoning 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos 1/2 tsp. turmeric 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. salt Squeeze all excess water out of tofu before mashing it. In a frying pan, mix the seasonings with the mashed tofu and heat thoroughly over medium high heat. " I send you love and good dishes --- from my house to yours!
