Television 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1/2 small onion, chopped 3 - 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. white grape juice 1 - 16 oz. can tomato sauce 1 - 16 oz. can diced tomatoes 1 small zucchini, sliced 4 - 5 fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves 1 tsp. dried basil leaves 1/2 tsp. thyme Fettuccine noodles (gf if necessary) 4 servings Fettuccine noodles, boiled until just done and then rinsed. Add remaining ingredients in order given to a large saucepan and cook on medium heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot over fettuccine.
