Guest guest
he cut down the cherry tree?? could he tell a lie??? my gawd, its washington!!! plant new ones?? well...i've thought about getting more trees but a. its a tiny yard..i can spit farther... b. the trees were on the border...if i get new ones, the dingus neighbors would just do something stoopid c. i'm sorta saddened to plant new trees in a house i only rent, since eventually i'll be gone, and the next tenants invariably suck... case in point...pillhill zoo haus, where i lived fer a long number of yrs...had tons of fruit trees, huge garden, etc...i moved and left it to some friends..they turned the backyard into a bmx bike course...and now its being knocked down and everything will be bulldozed and, the 8 months i lived in san diego(spit spit), i turned our yard into a bird haven, with huge gardens, lots of trees, vines, and plants, terraced gardens, clover, accacia trees, fava and austrain pea patches, nice herb gardens...and my ex kept the house and destoyed it all..... kinda makes ya sad.. ah well....trial is good fer the soul.... off to plant lots of nummy seeds today wheeeeeee fraggle , jojo <tofujojo> wrote: > > Sorry to hear about the plum trees When I lived in MD, our landlord had one particularly obnoxious son who enjoyed shooting his gun and cutting down trees and things like that...well, he cut down our cherry tree (I'm pretty sure it was a cherry, but maybe it was crabapple?) and I nearly broke down and cried. It was my first spring/summer in that house and the tree had just finished it's first bloom and had filled the view outside of our window with the most beautiful pink blossoms.... > Ah well.
