I have Multiple Sclerosis and have to follow a pretty strict diet. You

can find some nice recipes right here: http://www.ms-diet.org/

 

Just go to The Recipes and click on Breadmaking Recipes and you will

find ideas.

By the way: instead of eggs I use Canola oil, I used 1/4 cup of oil

for the potato bread, which doesn't taste exciting but is eadable :-)
