Guest guest
>>>does anyone know of a bread with out yeast and without corn? Becky, I checked the 'files' section of our website to see if I could find a recipe for you and was going to post it here. Instead I found quite a few bread recipes that would work, so will post the link instead: Click on ***Recipes Posted to VGF*** and then on 'breads'. Look under the catagory of: Flat Bread and Foccacias You should be able to find some helpful bread recipes there. Let us know what works for you. . .we always enjoy getting recommendations and feed-back on recipes that list members have posted. ~ LaDonna ~
Guest guest
You could adapt any cornbread or quickbread recipe to use some other whole grain (sorghum is related and might not work for you). Use a corn free baking powder (or make your own). I would take your old recipe and use all whole brown rice flour instead. > > > does anyone know of a bread with out yeast and without corn? > > I see that baking powder has cornstarch in it.
