Hello from a new member,

I agree to track is the answer when a person is struggling.

I HAD 15# to lose but by eating really healthy foods, I managed to allow myself

to gain 5#, so now 20# is my goal. I was eating too much.

The tracking is now in place. I dragged out my old Weight Watcher paper work.

Has anyone used the " I can't believe It's Not Butter, " 0 Calorie spray?

If used as a sauté ingredient are there calories to count? I sautéed cubed tofu

in it yesterday. [Yummy] By using 3 tablespoons of the zero stuff, was it

actually zero?

I am looking forward to sharing recipes, with this group.

I will try to get my ingredient amounts in order.

I have cooked so long, that I am more of a " guesser, " than a measurer.

Enjoy your days.

PS: I think I have a lot of activities in common with The Dragon...gee, I've

never had a " dragon pal, " before!
