Guest guest Posted September 1, 2005 Report Share Posted September 1, 2005 Tofu Cutlets 1 lb Firm Tofu 1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice 3 Tablespoons G.F. Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil 1 Tablespoon Honey (or vegan alternative) 1 Tablespoon Onion, minced 1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced 1 Teaspoon Ginger, minced 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds Slice the tofu into four pieced lengthwise. Combine all other ingredients except sesame seeds. Add the tofu to the marinade and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, turn occasionally during this process. Remove marinade from the refrigerator and allow it to return to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and sprinkle the Tofu with the sesame seeds. Bake for 45 minutes.
