It's brown rice pounded into a hard cake that you then break into smaller peices and bake in your toaster oven for 10 -15 minutes at 400 (or when it puffs up). Serve with almost anything! My personal favorite is to cut a small hole in the middle, place a bit of banana, almond butter and some cinnamon. Also delishious with any type of soup, miso, lentil etc. Basicly whatever floats your boat. Green Cuisine makes a greally good batch that is gluten free. Enjoy.
