Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add sesame seeds and sauté until light golden brown; stir constantly to prevent burning. Remove from skillet and set aside. 2. In a steamer or covered saucepan with a steamer insert, steam broccoli until tender-crisp. 3. While broccoli is steaming, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add soy sauce and sesame oil and remove from heat. 4. Drain broccoli and place in a serving bowl. Pour butter sauce over broccoli and toss to coat. Sprinkle broccoli with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
