Guest guest
My weigh in at the weekend was reasonably good - I had been out for 2 meals during the week (one of them was Friday night), and I stayed the same on Saturday - this means that over the course of June I have lost 6 pounds in total and I am very happy with this! I did a lot more walking than I am used to on Saturday (Dr Dragon and I had friends to stay over the weekend) and I was really suffering for this yesterday but I forced myself to walk through the pain and stiffness and even though I was popping the pain killers it seems to have done the trick as I can actually walk today! Guest guest
Congrats on the weight loss! I'm sorry to hear that you have trouble walking. Do you mind if I ask why? Are there other forms of exercise that work better for you? Cheers, Trish
Guest guest
Thanks Trish Marie will agree on the difficulty walking bit! I am on crutches with a shattered right ankle, semi healed triple break of the pelvis, semi healed broken right wrist/hand and a semi healed broken breastbone (other breaks/healed as well but they are the main ones! dratted drunk drivers!) I can just about do light seated weights for a minute and that is it - this is hard on someone that used to run for an hour every morning!
