Guest guest Posted May 3, 2005 Report Share Posted May 3, 2005 Cauliflower Cakes Source: Janet on GFCF Recipes list 2 cups cooked cauliflower flowerets 1/2 cup egg substitute 2 TBSP chopped onion 1 tsp baking powder 1 TBSP flour/starch combo (may need more) 1/2 tsp salt or to taste oil to fry in Place all ingredients except oil in blender or food processor till mixture looks like pancake batter.
