Guest guest Posted December 2, 2004 Report Share Posted December 2, 2004 Pineapple Sorbet 1 small pineapple, peeled and cored cut into pieces 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 1 cup sugar (Florida Crystals) Place pineapple and lemon juice in blender and blend until smooth. Add sugar and blend until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze according to directions.
