Guest guest Posted May 26, 2005 Report Share Posted May 26, 2005 * Exported from MasterCook * " Caramel " Covered Popcorn Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Snacks Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup unpopped popcorn kernels 1/2 cup honey (or alternative vegan sweetener) 2 tablespoons soy milk powder (or rice milk powder) 2 tablespoons carob powder 1 teaspoon vanilla (water based/gf) 1 tablespoon maple syrup Pop corn into a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a light boil, stirring constantly. Drizzle 1/2 mixture over popcorn. Stir well. Drizzle remaining mixture over and stir well. All popcorn should be lightly coated. Spread on two large cookie sheets. Place in a 250 degree oven and bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Cool and serve.
