Gluten Free Cooking Class/Toledo

For those in the Toledo area (gluten free cooking class):

 

Kathy Hooker, owner of Essential Gourmet at 5650 Mayberry Square in Sylvania,

reports that the great interest in cooking gluten-free recipes has quickly

filled the March 16 class, Cooking for Everyone, taught by registered dietitian

Katherine Navarre. Since the class is full, a second gluten-free cooking class

on main dishes will be held May 25. Classes are $15 each.

 

In addition, there are still spaces available at Essential Gourmet for classes

such as Hands on Tamale Making Tuesday, Spring Salads and Soups on March 25, and

a class with Manhattan's Restaurant Chef Branden Carothers on March 28. For

class times and cost (most are $35) and to register, call Essential Gourmet at

419-885-7600.

 

Kitchen Tools & Skills will announce its cooking class schedule March 15 with

classes beginning mid-March and continuing through June. Most classes are $35.
