Sorry I don't have any eggs or I would try it for you. I do have to spread the batter around with the back of a spoon it is thick. But the flavor is very good.To measure out the batter I use one of those cookie scoopers (looks like a small ice cream scooper) found mine at Target. They last in the frig about 4 to 5 days then after that they start to harden up. Sorry in the directions I forgot to put when making them more cake like it is 1/2 *cup* more flour and 1/2 *cup* more rice milk.
