Hi Everyone;

Just wanted to share with you something I recently discovered. For years, I've

been eating an organic brand of plain puffed millet breakfast cereal that I

figured was gluten free... until just recently when I read the fine print. It

said " This product is produced in a facility that also handles wheat. "

So I sifted through a bowlful carefully, looking for signs of contamination.

The bad news is, I found some.... a few broken grains of puffed wheat among the

puffed millet.

The good news is, once I stopped eating that cereal, a puzzlingly persistent

symptom went away.

I'm much more cautious about the contamination issue now.

Just thought you might be interested...

Deborah
