Guest guest Posted December 9, 2004 Report Share Posted December 9, 2004 Nutritious Apple Pie Source: Natural Lifstyle Cooking 6 - 7 tart apples 1 cup apple juice concentrate 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 - 1 tsp. coriander 2 Tbsp. cornstarch flour or tapioca 2 Tbsp. water 1 Tbsp. vegan margarine (optional) Peel and slice apples. Place in saucepan. Simmer over medium heat in apple juice for 8 - 10 minutes. Add salt and coriander. Add cornstarch mixed with water. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
