Guest guest Posted December 9, 2004 Report Share Posted December 9, 2004 Carob Caramels Source: Natural Lifestyle Cooking 1 cup coconut 1/2 cup carob powder 1 cup soy milk powder (or rice milk powder) 1/2 cup liquid sweetener of choice 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. vegan margarine nuts, finely chopped Combine all ingredients, except nuts, together. Press firmly and smoothly into pan. Sprinkle finely chopped nuts over the top. Chill and slice. Enjoy! " I send you love and good dishes --- from my house to yours!
