Guest guest Posted April 12, 2006 Report Share Posted April 12, 2006 Hi Everybody, I'm Julia and was put on a Vegan, Gluten- and Sugarfree diet by my doctor 3 weeks ago. Additionally I'm not allowed to have pork, chicken, any seafood (fish I can have) nor any fruit (fructose), nor any yeast, potatoes or fermented food... Amazingly I am kind of holding up and I even survived 4 days Bahamas on salads and rice cakes (Bahamas doesn't cater for us ;-)). But I'm running out of ideas, especially for breakfast. Is there anybody out there who has experience with such a diet? Some quick recipes? I'm somehow only living on rice and veggies... and nuts to keep my weight. But even with all the nuts I'm getting way too thin (who would have thought I would ever say that???) Greetings from Florida.
