Guest guest Posted April 12, 2005 Report Share Posted April 12, 2005 Parsley Glaze (for boiled potatoes) 1 cup water 1 Tbsp. cornstarch 1 1/4 tsp. McKay's Chicken-like seasoning (or alternative) 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 1/8 tsp. salt 1 pinch turmeric Dissolve all ingredients together in saucepan, except parsley flakes. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat and continue to boil 1 minute or until clear, stirring occasionally. Add parsley flakes and pour over boiled potatoes. Yield: 1 cup.
