Guest guest Posted March 9, 2004 Report Share Posted March 9, 2004 MACARONI AND CHEESE SAUCE 1 - 2 cups water 1/4 cup tomatoes 1/4 cup raw almonds 1/4 tsp garlic salt (or a small clove, crushed) 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tbsp sea salt 1/2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp corn starch 1/4 cup nutritional yeast Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
