Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to the group. I've been a vegetarian my whole life, but love trying new recipes. I did have a question on this recipe. It seems extremely high in calories, is that correct?? Are lentils that high in calories? I had no idea. Guest guest
The number of servings is set to 0 so 657 calories is for the whole recipe. If you figure it's probably about 2 cups and a serving of a dip is about 2 tablespoons, it's 16 servings and much lower in calories (and carbs, fat, etc.) Barbara At 09:11 AM 11/2/2004, you wrote: >Hi, I'm new to the group.
