Shalom Shoshannah,

You can purchase a home grain mill to mill beans and grains at home.

The one I recommend right now is the Nutrimill. You can get this mill from

Bosch dealers. I am not a dealer, but I can recommend one if you don't know of

any. Do a Google on the mill to get the specific info.

i recommend a good sized food processor.

you can do everything in it. i use the 11 cup cuisinart and i wish i had bought

it like 2 yrs earlier.

you could grind nuts in it to make nut flour or nut butter

chop or shred veggies depending on recipes, mix batter for all baked goods. i

use mine everyday more than once a day.

I have a champion juicer, I just bought the grain attachment for it. I know the

whisper mill has a good reputation. I love fresh flour.

Hey All,

Someone here once mentioned grinding their own flour. How would I go about

doing that...Where do I purchase a grinder...Is that what is is called...Or

is it a mill...Currently, I buy Bob's Red Mill or whatever that is called. I

hardly have to buy any because I hate bread, but if my son goes gluten free,

I am going to be doing a lot more baking.

Shalom Amy,

I just wanted to let people know that the Whisper Mill is no longer being

manufactured and there have been many problems with the WM since they started

being made overseas. Also, now that the company is no longer in business, I

don't recommend buying a used Whisper Mill since there is no warranty support

for it.
