Guest guest
Shalom Shoshannah, You can purchase a home grain mill to mill beans and grains at home. The one I recommend right now is the Nutrimill. You can get this mill from Bosch dealers. I am not a dealer, but I can recommend one if you don't know of any. Do a Google on the mill to get the specific info. ~~In Messiah, Vickilynn Micah 6:8 http://www.realfoodliving.com On Mon, 17 Oct 2005 19:01:50 EDT, EDUCATIONmatters wrote > Hey All, > > Someone here once mentioned grinding their own flour. Guest guest
i recommend a good sized food processor. you can do everything in it. i use the 11 cup cuisinart and i wish i had bought it like 2 yrs earlier. you could grind nuts in it to make nut flour or nut butter chop or shred veggies depending on recipes, mix batter for all baked goods. i use mine everyday more than once a day. donna
Guest guest
I have a champion juicer, I just bought the grain attachment for it. I know the whisper mill has a good reputation. I love fresh flour. Amy L - EDUCATIONmatters Monday, October 17, 2005 4:01 PM How do I grind my own flour... Hey All, Someone here once mentioned grinding their own flour. Also, now that the company is no longer in business, I don't recommend buying a used Whisper Mill since there is no warranty support for it. ~~In Messiah, Vickilynn Micah 6:8 http://www.realfoodliving.com
