Guest guest Posted April 12, 2005 Report Share Posted April 12, 2005 Crockpot Breakfast Cereal · 1/2 c short grain brown rice · 1/2 c millet, washed · 1/2 c whole quinoa, washed · 8 cups water · 1/2 c or more dates, cut in small pieces (or prunes or other dried fruit) · 1 tsp vanilla · 1 tsp lemon juice * optional -- 1 tsp cinnamon Add all ingredients and combine.
