Guest guest Posted March 4, 2004 Report Share Posted March 4, 2004 Veggie Salad 1 c. broccoli flowerettes 1 c. cauliflower flowerettes 1 c. chopped cabbage 1 c. green beans 1/2 c. radishes Dressing: 2 T. brown rice vinegar (or lemon juice) 1 T. Tamari soy sauce (wheat-free if desired) Blanch all vegetables, including radishes. Do not over cook the vegetables. Combine the vinegar and soy sauce with the drained vegetables; refrigerate.
